100% happy - '05 Southwind August 24, 2024 Reviewer: Wayne M. from Eureka, MT United States   I could not have asked for a better experience in sourcing and installing the mirror.  Youtube University gave some good tips on the installation, although I'm sure that Jack would have done the same if I'd asked him. I didn't realize that the installation was as simple as unplugging two sets of wires under the dash, removing four screw caps on the mirror base, and unfastening four Phillips screws.  The screw caps were the fooler but, if I'd paid more attention to the contents of the box I'd have noticed that new caps were supplied. The instructions that come with the mirror were of no help and can be ignored. While I hope to never need to buy another mirror, Pacific RV Mirrors will be my go-to supplier. Product & Service May 18, 2023 Reviewer: Bob W. from North Chesterfield, VA United States   We ordered the motorized, heated mirror for our motorhome May 4, received it May 13. Upon opening the box we noticed one of the wiring harness connectors was busted.  Contacted Pacific Mirror that afternoon and we received the new harness two days later. 1999 Monaco Windsor Driver Side Mirror August 6, 2022 Reviewer: Henry W from Columbus, OH United States   We had great difficulty locating this replacement mirror.  Finally, we found the correct mirror at Pacific RV Mirrors.  The order was handled quickly and we selected FedEx ground, which included tracking.  The installation was smooth.  We did need to transfer the multiple wires to the connector of the original mirror.  The mirror looks great and all functions are intact.  We are very pleased with the product and the firm.  Thank you!
