Five stars for Jack January 26, 2024 Reviewer: Donald Smith from Fall River Mills, CA United States   I ordered mirrors for my Country Coach motor home. The mirrors shipped immediately and I received them within a few days. It turned out one of the mirrors had a manufacturing defect. When I called Jack he apologized for the problem and shipped a replacement mirror the same day. Great Support and Timely Delivery! July 11, 2023 Reviewer: Linda OKeefe from Pittsboro, IN United States   Only part of our RV side view mirror was broken, but not sure what to buy, so requested of Jack via email and he replied very quickly with the right part which was delivered to us faster than expected!! Outstanding Service, Jack you are the man! April 23, 2023 Reviewer: David Tyrrell from West Mifflin, PA United States   Lost my passenger side mirror heading south thru Georgia, got to my overnight stop, contacted Jack with the my needs and it was in stock. Shipped that day to the address I was heading to in the Key's and it made it there. It sat at a Fedex terminal for 1 day in Florida before arriving so it did take 4 days but that was not Jack's fault. This is the second mirror I have had to buy from them and found the service, timing with tracking info & follow up emails to be first class. Was this review helpful to you?
