2018 Thor Hurricane 35M July 15, 2022 Reviewer: Ken from Madison, OH United States   When the mirror arrived, I thought it was the wrong one because of the plug ends. Fantastic Customer service August 27, 2021 Reviewer: Yong Joo from Federal Way, WA United States   My motorhome passenger mirror mangled by moron who was pulling out his trailer from storage lot and I had to fixing up. Fortunately,  Jack at Pacific Mirrors gave me valuable info and double checked OEM part number to put in order. while it was in back order status,  jack kept constant communication for estimated delivery time so on. Velvac heated remote mirror and camera May 13, 2021 Reviewer: William Cooper from Clearwater, FL United States   Excellent access, response and turnaround. Sent availability and price inquiry and Jack responded within the hour. Ordered mirror on Monday morning and received it in Florida from the West coast Tuesday afternoon. Other vendors were quoting my dealer a 3 week lead, and Thor was quiting us 4-5 week delivery and cost 50% higher. Only issue I had was the 6 pin connector was different, but Jack's instructions covered that by using the old OEM connector with crimp butt splices. Including prepping damaged mounting area on my rv and having to splice in the connector, the installation was done within 2 hours. I was able to obtain the mirror quickly, saved on mirror cost, and was able to install the mirror myself and saved dealer labor cost. Very satisfied with my purchase and Jack's responses.
