In the end, we are very satisfied with the product and the service from Jack.  However, it took a few phone calls before we finally were on the right path.  I sent an email with a description and a photo of what I needed but apparently, it never got to Jack.  So coordination and call backs to phone calls would have led to less frustration.

Jack, at Pacific RV Mirrors, gave me the benefit of his expertise to guide me to the right parts to rehab the mirrors on my '05 Monaco Safari Cheetah.  His pricing is very competitive; he made sure I got everything needed to fix it right, and shipped it the next day, There is no better place to purchase RV parts, especially mirrors.

I sent Jack an email asking about an item and heard back in about an hour.  I placed the order online and it shipped the same day.  Pacific RV Mirrors sent me emails "confirming the order" and with "shipment and tracking info".  Excellent communications!!
