Needed to replace entrance lock on 20 year old Born Free. Pacific RV exceeded all expectations. After reading forums about how replacements didn't fit and parts couldn't be found, Pacific RV came through. All parts were available, and very reasonably priced. The information that accompanied the parts description cleared up confusion about which parts would bfit my RV. Jack was able to answer the one question I had within an hour of sending the email. Order was processed and shipped within two hours of placement. Took less than 15 minutes to replace. Very good experience with Pacific RV.
