Jack was incredibly helpful; replying quickly to all my questions. We received the mirror within a week, installation went well except the wiring on the new mirror did not match the wiring on my older motor home. Jack came to the rescue again and answered my plea for help immediately. Will definitely recommend Pacific RV Mirrors.
