2016 Foretravel RV Mirror chrome plugs February 13, 2024 Reviewer: Mike Lebleu from Lake Charles, LA United States   Bought a used RV and going through and fixing the various items not well maintained.  Big mirrors up front were missing a couple of the plastic chrome plugs that cover where the attachment bolts go through.  Perfect match for my Velvac factory mirrors. Replacement mirror 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 40IH October 9, 2023 Reviewer: Paul Berube from Melbourne, FL United States   Someone with a boat in tow accidentally snapped off my passenger mirror head on a hit and run.  I called VelVac and was informed the replacement mirror head was a 6 week special order.  Found PacificMirrors had the part in stock.  Emailed Jack with some questions and he responded within minutes.  The part shipped the same day and arrived as advertised... free shipping included and no sales tax.  It is nice to see such a quick response on all fronts and I am very happy.  Oh ya, Jack also responded with some install tips.  I will use them again if the need arrises.  I am very happy.
