I ordered 2 Velvac mirror arms to replace the ones on my RV where the Chrome was peeling off. I couldn't find them on the Velvac website, but contacted Pacific RV Mirrors and Jack quickly go back with me to tell me that he had the arms in stock. I ordered them the next day and had them within a week. Installation was not difficult at all, and within 4 hours total I had them on the RV and they look great. I have written up my installation process on the Thor owners forum for anyone who is considering this.
