Came well-packaged in a couple of days.
The mirror housing was the part number given me by Velvac but unfortunately it did not have the full complement of holes needed for attaching the camera. The original part came with 9 holes for left- and right-side use and attaching a camera. Apparently, Velvac now just has a no-camera replacement housing with only 1 hole so, if your mirror has a camera, you have the challenge of drilling the missing 5 holes yourself and Velvac doesn't even include a hole-drilling template. It's not PRVM's fault but Velvac has made replacing a mirror housing very difficult.
